Welcome Home Victors!

After crossing the Red River in the right direction we see the familiar 'Welcome to OKLAHOMA' sign had an impromptu hand-lettered sheet that reads ' Poor Texas' LOL! (Hard to make it out in this cameraphone shot at 80mph).
